The Frozen 5K is an officially-timed 5K race around Lake Nokomis to kick off a day of Polar Plunging! All participants receive a medal and a race t-shirt.
RACE FEE $40
Once you are registered for the Minneapolis Frozen 5K, you can pay your fee in the form of a self-donation onto your account. If you’re interested in earning more incentives, you can fundraise beyond the $40 race fee and receive some of these great items (the Polar Plunge shirt will be replaced by a Frozen 5K shirt).

The Frozen 5K is a dog-friendly event! Participants are welcome to run or walk with their furry friends.
