The inaugural Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department "Fired Up for the 4th 5K Run” will be held June 29th! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this 5K is the perfect way to kick off the 4th of July festivities. Runners, runners with strollers, walker, and kids are all welcome. We've got a day packed with excitement. Discounted entry fees for fire, police, and EMS entrants. Awards will be given to the fastest male and female firefighters, police, EMS, and runners overall as well as to age group winners.
