Join us for the City of Council Bluffs' biggest block party of the year. Visit with first responders and community personnel and see all their rigs. We will have: food, face painting, raffle prizes, bike events, a K9 demonstration, a helicopter landing, and more! It's a great night for the whole family to come hang with all of us!
