Research has shown that time spent in nature can decrease blood pressure, reduce stress, and reduce anxiety. Come spend time in nature in a safe and supportive group setting. Experience a series of restorative practices in a beautiful natural setting, including mindful walking, gentle movement, and social connection facilitated by educators from the University of Illinois Extension School. Limit 20. Ages 18+.
