The Santa Barbara Runners Association (SBRA) offers a great way to start the New Year with an invigorating SB waterfront 5K & 10K run or walk on New Year’s Day! You can double up and race both events as well. Resolve to race into 2025 by joining us at Leadbetter Beach!

Schedule:

SBRA events benefit the greater running community, school and club running programs throughout Santa Barbara County. The event options:

5K (3.1 Miles) Run or Walk - 9:00 am start
10K (6.2 Miles) Run or Walk - 9:45 am start
New Year’s 15K Double!

Location: SB Waterfront – Grass Area On The Beach Side of the Milpas Cabrillo Intersection, Adjacent to the Cabrillo West (Bathhouse) parking lot

Cost:

Race registration is $50. Runners are allowed to “double up” for 15k of racing for an additional $10. Runners planning to do both races can do so for just $60.

SBRA members recieve a $10 discount on registration

17 & Under participants are only $20! Your discount will be applied during registration based on your age on race day (January 1, 2024)
