Bookish fun at Northshire's annual festival!

Join Northshire on May 2-4, 2025 in beautiful Manchester Center, Vermont, for an intimate weekend of talks, signings, celebration, and a wonderful array of guest authors!

Our 2025 Booktopia authors are: Julia Alvarez, Jessica Anya Blau, Harry Bliss, Karla Cornejo Villavicencio, Jennifer Haigh, Jean Hanff Korelitz, Stuart Nadler, Amy Shearn, Shubha Sunder and Helen Whybrow. Booktopia will include interviews by Joe Donahue, Megan Mayhew Bergman, Kim Van Alkemade and the Northshire staff!

The festival will conclude on Sunday, May 4th with National Medal of the Arts recipient Julia Alvarez discussing her book The Cemetery of Untold Stories with fellow author Megan Mayhew Bergman. Ms. Alvarez's presentation will begin at 1 pm at the Southern Vermont Art Center.

It is possible to purchase tickets for all three days, Saturday and Sunday only, or just Sunday's event with Julia Alvarez. All two- or three-day tickets include a $50 Northshire Bookstore gift card. You will receive your gift card upon check-in at the festival.
