The first-ever NYCRUNS Frozen Pigeon 5K is the perfect way to bring in the new year. Whether you're training for a spring marathon or just looking for a reason to get outside during the winter months, this picturesque run around Prospect Park will get you all warmed up.
Course:
The 5K course is comprised of just under one full loop of the park.
All NYCRUNS courses are USATF-certified.
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top three male, female and non-binary runners overall. Age group awards will be awarded to the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers in each of the following age groups (by net time): 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over.
