One of Minnesota's longest running duathlons...

is set in beautiful Lake Elmo Park Reserve, and is a great duathlon for first-time duathletes as well as those with lots of experience. Run the paved trails within this beautiful park, then ride the picturesque horse country roads, and finish your final run at the park for the first mulltisport barbecue of the season. Don't fancy running? Try our Reverse Du option! Two and three person relay teams welcome.

7:30am - Registration and packet pick-up opens (parking NOT included in the registration fee - $7 at the gate unless you have a county parking pass)

7:30am - Transition area opens

7:30am - NOW Bikes available for bike support

8:55am - Transition area closes

8:55am - Final race announcements (transition area)

9:00am - Reverse du starts

9:05am - Short course start

10:30am - Barbecue

10:30am - Awards (er when 80% of field has finished)

12:00pm - Race course closes
