Ocean to Sound 50 Mile Relay

Teams of eight runners each will traverse a scenic course through the rolling countryside of beautiful Long Island. 

Each participant will run between six and seven miles.

Awards

Awards to each member of the top three teams in each category:

Men's and Women's Open
Men's and Women's Masters (Age 40+)
Men's and Women's Senior Masters (Age 50+)
Men's and Women's Mixed Open (minimum of 4 women)
Men's and Women's Mixed Masters (Age 40+, minimum of 4 women)
Men's and Women's Mixed Senior Masters (Age 50+, minimum of 4 women)
Corporate Teams
Law Enforcement/Fire Fighters/First Responders

BIB Pickup

Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized bib with your name on it!
You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
