This Public Event is open to guests ages 18 and older, however children ages 10 and up may paint with a paid adult painter. No observers allowed and no infants or children please.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Arrive 15-20 min early, instruction begins PROMPTLY on time.
**LATE ARRIVALS: No credit/refunds for late arrivals.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS:
*Choose ONE person/name for all guests in your group to say they are sitting with when registering (i.e sit with Cindy Lou). Seat changes not promised at class time.

WHAT TO BRING:
We are NOT a BYOB so please don't bring any alcohol with you. We have a selection of beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages for sale in the studio at affordable prices. You are invited to bring your own finger foods in case you get hungry during the break. We do NOT provide ice or eating or serving utensils.

FINDING US: We are at the Clermont Landing Shopping Plaza at the corner of S. Hwy 27 and Steve's Rd. We're just a few doors down from EPIC Theaters.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is due at time of reservation to guarantee your seat. If you prefer not to pay online, please call our studio to pay by phone (352-404-8786).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for public events. For a block reservation of 5 or more seats, a 4 day notice of cancellation is required. Reservations with advance notice of cancellation may receive a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE to cover our incurred credit card processing fees. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice but more than 12 hours notice may receive a Store Credit that is good for 30 days. For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice no refund or Store Credit will be issued.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified by email prior to class time.
