Schedule of Events

July 4th Parade

- 8:00 - 8:30 am: Morning Registration for the Parade at the Park City Senior Center

- Register Online 

- We recommend registering online ahead of time, because those who register early can skip the busy registration line and line up for the parade directly.

- 8:00 - 8:45 am: Parade Line-Up

- Participants should enter the parade line-up area from Hydraulic Avenue, turn onto Beaumont, and down to Cloverdale/Independence Drive.

- The parade line-up will be ordered on a first-come, first-served basis, except for the beginning and end sections, which are pre-assigned for tradition and safety.

- After participants are lined up, they will be given a number to display in their windshield.

- No through traffic will be allowed into the formation area.

- 8:00 - 8:40 am: Kids Bike Parade Line-Up.
Decorate your bikes, trikes, wagons, and scooters to ride in the 4th of July Parade. 
Registration is not required to participate!.=
All riders must wear helmets, and little ones must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. 
Parents/guardians are encouraged to ride or walk alongside the kids. 
After the parade, prizes will be awarded to the bikes with the best decorations!

- Parade drop off address: 1300 Ashford Street, Park City, KS, 67219. (The corner of Ashford Street & E 61st Street North (Kechi Road)

9:00 am: The Parade Begins
The route starts on the corner of Independence Drive and 61st Street and travels east, then turns left/north onto Hydraulic Avenue, and ends at Hap McLean Park.

8:00 am - 10:00 am: Car Show Registration
11:00 am: Car Show Judging Begins
2:00 pm: Car Show Winners Announced

Daytime Activities in Hap McLean Park
10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Food, inflatables, a dunk tank, Troubles the Clown, and face painting!
10:00 am: Free Ice Cream Sandwiches – available while supplies last!
11:00 am: The Pickleball Tournament
11:00 am: The Pet Show

On The Stage at Hap McLean Park
10:15 am: Miss 4th of July Pageant Winners Take the Stage
10:30 am: Kids Bike Parade Winners and Trophies
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Performance by Master Magician and Illusionist Shawn Reida
12:30 - 2:00 pm: Music Performed by Matt Bauer

Bingo at the Park City Senior Center
11:00 am: Doors open at the Senior Center for Bingo
Check out prizes and buy raffle tickets.
12:00 - 2:15 pm: Bingo at the Senior Center

7:00 - 9:30 pm: Tequila Ridge Concert
10:00 pm: Big Fireworks Show - Synchronized to Music
