Schedule of Events

7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Vet checks & Weigh-ins at Designated Times and Areas

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.: Swine

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Beef

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Dairy

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Sheep/Goats

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Horses

Exhibitors with only breeding animals (Sheep, Goats, and Beef) will bring animals at the same times set for the market species. All animals must have health papers and be vet checked before being unloaded.

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Small Animals (Poultry, Rabbits, Cavies, Dogs, etc.) & Cloverbuds

9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.: CHECK IN FOR OPEN EXHIBITS IS TUESDAY ONLY!
Exhibits must be registered at payettecountyfair.fairentry.com before 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of Fair. Bring items to the Commercial Building and we will print out the forms and tags.

Check out is 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Sunday

Noon - 5:00 p.m.: 4-H Family & Consumer Sciences, Science & Technology, and Misc Projects Check In – 4-H Building

5:30 p.m.:
Mandatory meeting for all parents, 4-H, and FFA livestock, and/or horse exhibitors
After meeting 4-H & FFA exhibitors meet with Superintendents at species' barns
