This beloved two-day festival honors and celebrates the deep-rooted traditions, stories, and culture of the Appalachian region—particularly those found in Northern Pickens County and the Upstate of South Carolina. Attendees will experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of Appalachia in an unforgettable setting steeped in history and natural beauty.
The festivities kick off Friday evening with lively bluegrass performances under the stars, setting the tone for a weekend filled with community spirit and cultural pride. On Saturday, the festival comes to life with a full lineup of traditional and folk music, handcrafted goods from regional artisans, and mouthwatering Appalachian cuisine prepared by local vendors.
Music Lineup:
- Big Eyes Parker – A powerhouse blues and roots performer, known for blending Appalachian storytelling with swampy grooves and soulful energy.
- Swamp Rabbit Bluegrass Band – Upstate SC's own bluegrass veterans bringing traditional harmonies and high-energy string picking.
