The History Of Opera In The U.P.
Mezzo-soprano Lara Neves joins former UPStart! soprano Maitri White, 2024 UPStart! tenor Darrius Morton, the Superior String Alliance Chamber Players, and accompanist Jon Ensminger for a concert lecture experience. They will explore Upper Peninsula history through the lens of opera, performing arias from operas that have graced the stages of the U.P. throughout the years.
