The annual celebration of the CityofDumplings is returning to its roots for the Festival's 10th Birthday and will feature our city's favorite food from local restaurants, food trucks, chefs, and pierogi purveyors who will be serving up hot and delicious pierogies and creative pierogi-inspired dishes.
