In this practice, we’ll unveil the delicate interconnections between mind, body, and spirit, preparing to journey into the film’s sweeping, shadowed terrain. Just as the film shines light on unseen mysteries, this breathwork invites us to decode the rhythms within, opening ourselves to the wonders of the natural world.
