Our annual Race for the Minds promotes brain health through exercise. It also generates vital financial support for the National Council of Dementia Minds, enabling the development of more Dementia Minds groups and expanding our education and advocacy efforts.

Our 2025 Race for the Minds will take place on August 17, 2025.

We have 10k, 5k and 1 mile race options.

Virtual Option:

Participate from anywhere and at your own pace. Whether you complete the distance in a day or count steps over several days to achieve your 5K, 10K, or 1-mile goal, every step makes a difference.
