Festival Schedule:

Opening Day

The festival begins with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce, followed by a powerful artwork unveiling in the Pocket Park — a multimedia installation reflecting the legend and legacy of Pretty Boy Floyd.

From midday through evening, downtown transforms into a street-side art market, alive with color and creativity. The Stage Park fills with music, from the soulful sounds of Bradley Scrimscher to the energy of Patti Steel.

When night falls, the celebration continues with Art After Hours at The Venue on Oak Street — a lively silent auction with food, drinks, live music, and a costume contest where artists and guests can truly become part of the art.

10:00 a.m. - Artist set up begins.
11:30 a.m. - The festival’s ribbon cutting hosted by the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce. This will take place within the footprint of the festival. You’re invited to attend.
11:45 a.m. - Pocket Park Artwork Unveiling
This new multimedia piece tells the story of Pretty Boy Floyd, the Depression-era outlaw who once robbed a bank that stood on the very spot where the artwork will be displayed. In local memory, Floyd was both feared as a criminal and admired by some as a folk hero who defied banks during hard times. The artwork will capture that dual nature — the shadow and the myth — transforming history into reflection through art.
12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. - Festival street-side art market.
Live performances at the Stage Park:
11:00 - Live performance by Make It a Double
12:00 - Live performance by Bradley Scrimscher
4:00 - Live performance by Patti Steel
7:00 p.m. - Art After Hours at The Venue on Oak Street: This silent auction will include food, drinks, live music, and an artist/art subject costume contest. You’re invited to participate.
