Waterloo’s Newest 4th of July Tradition. Get ready for two epic days of celebration at the Monroe County Fairgrounds. This is the first year of Red, White and Blue in the Loo - and it’s going to be the best 4th of July party the area has ever seen.
10:00 a.m: Parade at Downtown Waterloo, IL
Be part of our First Annual Red, White and Blue in the Loo Parade! Line the streets of Waterloo on the morning of July 4th as we roll out patriotism in full color. Marching bands, floats, vehicles, and community groups all welcome.
12:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m
