No Political Or Other Type Of Advertisement Allowed In Booth That Does Not Directly Pertain To The Artists Work. Once Accepted, An Acceptance Letter And Invoice Will Be Sent To You. Invoices Will Be Due In March.

Pricing:

Check In And Set Up Time:  Saturday, October 5th 6:30 – 9:30. Must Be Fully Set Up And Ready To Open No Later Than 9:30. Be Sure To Check In At The Information Booth Before Setting Up. Bring A Canopy To Provide Shade If Accepted. Your Booth Must Be Attended During All Show Hours. No Early Breakdown

Health Permit: If You Are A Vendor Who Is Serving Food You Must Contact The Health Department And Obtain All Required Licensing. Their Contact Info Will Be Sent To You Upon Acceptance To The Show.

Sales Tax: You Will Be Provided With A Tax Form Upon Check In At The Show. All Sales Tax Will Be Due Before You Are Permitted To Break Down Your Booth Unless A Nevada Sales Tax Certificate Is Provided To The Promotor.

Business License: A City Of Reno Business License Is Required For This Show. If You Do Not Have One, A Temporary Will Be Issued To You At Check In For $25.

Pets: There Are No Exhibitor Pets Allowed In The Show.  Please Leave Your Pets At Home, As It Is Not Fair To The Animals To Be Stuck In A Hot Car Or Tied Up For The Day.  You Will Be Asked To Leave If Your Pets Are Brought Into The Show.  This Includes During Booth Set Up And Breakdown Times As Well As During Show Hours.

Parking:Parking For Exhibitors Is Located Nearby. You Will Be Directed To Parking During The Check In Process. Parking Is First Come First Serve And Is Not Guaranteed.
