Join us for the 3d Annual Rock the Rind- Tall City Triathlon!
Midland Athletic Company is proud to host this acclaimed event as part of the Permian Athletic Event Series! Come out a race this SPRINT TRIATHLON and join us for the post- race swim party for the whole family.
Rock the Rind is a SPRINT DISTANCE triathlon with a 500 meter swim, 11 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. This event begins at COM Aquatics with the transition area being in the north parking lot. Individual and relay options are both available.
As part of The Well Rounded Event Series we are happy to host an event that provides a unique opportunity for individuals to challenge themselves while creating comradery with others. We believe movement, relationships and the outdoors are essential pillars of health and this event is a bullseye for all three! Bring your friends, family, and/or co- workers for this fun filled event!

Packet and Chip Pick Up - 6:15am - 7:15am
Pool Warm-Up - 7:15m- 7:35am
Transition Closes - 7:40am
Pre- Race Meeting - 7:40am
Triathlon begins - 8:00am
Post Race Family Swim Party - 10:00am- 12:00pm
