Camp to Belong Maine is proud to announce the 6th Annual Camp to Belong Maine 5K!
At Camp To Belong we believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to spend meaningful time with their brothers and sisters and we are dedicated to helping make that happen for kids separated due to foster care placement, adoption, or other out of home placements. While many of us take for granted the opportunity to share meals, play games and say goodnight to our siblings each day, the kids we serve at Camp To Belong cherish these small moments that they do not always have. These moment are what Camp To Belong works to create, so separated siblings are able to have positive childhood memories.
This year our Run To Belong 5k and Fun Run is back at the Augusta YMCA and the Rail Trail. The 1 Mile Fun Run will start at 8:30 for any youth that are interested! The 5k (run or walk) will begin at 9 am and will follow the beautiful Rail Trail!
If you sign up for the race by Friday April 11th, you will receive this years race shirt. Your event swag, t-shirt, bib, and raffle tickets can be picked up the day of the race, beginning at 8am
