ON COURSE HYDRATION
Hydration stops will be located as follows:
5K: one stop at approximately the 1/2 way point
10K: Mile 2, 4 & 5
1/2 Marathon: Mile 2, 4, 6, 8, 9.5, 10.5, 12
Mile 4 & Mile 9.5 on the 1/2 Marathon will also have Gatorade
Water and snacks will be available at the finish line
COURSE TIME LIMIT
1/2 Marathon Participants: The course will officially be open until 11:00 am, 3 hours after the race starts. Anyone finishing before 11:00 am will receive an official finish time. If you expect to finish in more than 3 hours you are welcome to join us but there will be limited services on the course and at the finish line.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No dogs are allowed on the race course. If you need to participate with a trained service animal please send an email at least 3 days before the race to [email protected].
Registration fees are non-refundable and we do not allow deferrals. We can transfer your bib to another Run to the Rock distance (5K or 10K) or to another runner. To make a distance change or transfer your bib to someone else, please send an email to [email protected].
All finishers will receive a Run to the Rock finishers medal
