A fun, fast paced Washing Machine with pops - In this intensive we will cover all the fundamentals of starting your toe pitch journey; both as a base and a flyer. We will cover all the necessary drills and progressions needed to start or further your understanding of the skill. Several toe-pitch skills will be covered including toe pitches to bird, to reverse feet, and to regular foot to hand.
