Big foot humans will also be honored at the Santa Run.  All women with a running shoe size 10 and over and all males with a running shoe size 12 and over will be entered in a special drawing for an unusual award.  To qualify, the running shoes used to complete the 5K must be the sizes listed above.

Any Bigfoot running faster than a 10 minute 5K will automatically qualify for the 2025 Bigfoot Olympics in Remer, Minnesota!!

Course Info:

A 3.1 mile course that loops through and around the beautiful West Rowan area. For competitive and recreational runners. Walkers welcomed.

All proceeds go to Rowan Helping Ministries - a not-for-profit volunteer-based corporation which operates human service programs to assist the economically disadvantaged.

Awards:

Immediately following the race:  5K Top 3 Male and Female participants in each age division. Top 3 Overall Male and Female.  Overall Masters Male and Female.

1/2 Mile Fun-Run Top 3 Male and Female ages 12 and under.

Age Groups 5K 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.

1/2 Mile Fun Run 12 & under

Shirts - The first 150 5K participants will receive a long-sleeve technical t-shirt.

Breakfast - All 5K and Fun Run participants plus volunteers will receive a light breakfast (pancakes!!) following the races.  Spectators and others can purchase the breakfast as a donation to Rowan Helping Ministries.
