2PM - 3:30PM: Hospitality, Registration Badge Required for Entry
4:30PM - SASA Gathering on the Palmetto Lawn Band begins at 4:30PM Social Hour 4:30PM to 5:00PM Dinner 5:30PM to 6:30PM, Welcome and introduction of officers Awards/Plaques for Officers Installation of SASA Officers for 2024 Parade Trophies Band will play and Bar will be open for 1 hour after parade trophies are presented.
Ticketed Event $70 per person Menu: Grilled Chicken Breast, Pork Chops, Mashed Potato Bar with all the fixins', green beans, carrots, with peach cobbler and ice cream for dessert. Cash Bar Dress: Southern Dressy Hats requested for both nobles and ladies Location: Doubletree Lawn
