Multiple Events:
-A Duathlon consisting of a 2-mile run followed by 14 miles on your bike then finishing up with another 2-mile run.
-Duathlon Team Relay - same format as the Duathlon with Team Members doing specific portions of the event.
-2 Mile Run/Walk
-Screw City RUCK Challenge
-Post Race Fitness Challenge
Race as an individual or put together a team.
