The “Be True to Your School 5K” is designed to promote a healthy and active community and features a Siouxland High School Challenge

All 5K participants will be able to choose which area high school you support

The schools with the most participants will win a cash award for their Activities Department (minimum of 25 participants per school required to be eligible for the cash award):

First place is $1,000

Second place is $750 

Third place is $500

Medals will be awarded to the top three runners in each category:

Female Youth

Male Youth

Female Adult

Male Adult

New this year!  You will have the chance to earn: a FREE running belt and an additional $250 grant for your school!
