The very popular Snow Goose & Birding Festival was brought back in 2024 to the Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center.

10:00 am All About Owls
Brian Zinke is the Executive Director of the Pilchuck Audubon Society, which serves Snohomish County and Camano Island. His background as a wildlife biologist has taken him across several states where he’s worked to conserve endangered species and species of concern, such as black-footed ferrets and Great Gray Owls.

12:00 pm The Eagles of Camano Island
Pat Holmes, a local Camano Island resident and storyteller, will share bald eagle facts and stories using photos and videos.

2:00 pm White Birds of Winter
Martha Jordan, well-known swan biologist, will present a program regarding the changing landscape that our swans and snow geese face in migration and on their wintering grounds.

Snow Goose Shuttle Bus Tours and Special Van to Fir Island –
9:30 am to 3:30 pm Florence & Leque Island on the Snow Goose Transit routes; Included in Entry Fee; more info available at check in.
Special Van to Fir Island – one in the morning and one in the afternoon; info available at check in.

Lunch available ~ Home made soup & Rolls – $10.00 Per Person not included in entry fee.
