A community celebration provided by the community for the community. Its primary purpose is to improve the quality of life in South St. Paul by developing a sense of community.

6:30 p.m: Grande Parade Begins at 12th Ave N and 3rd Street – goes down Southview Blvd & 5th Ave S
7:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m: Friday Night Street Dance at Concord Lanes
