Heritage Days is an annual fun-filled weekend planned so family and friends can celebrate and commemorate Starbuck’s long and historic heritage. This year, there are over 35 different activities planned for your enjoyment.

Schedule of Events:

All Day: Business Crazy Days

6:30 am: 56th Annual “The Open”, Golf Invitational - 18 Hole Mixed Scramble - Minnewaska Golf Club. Open to Starbuck, Glenwood and Villard residents.

7:00 am: 12:00 pm - Fly in – Drive in – Walk in Pancake Breakfast at the Airport. Airplane rides available from Alex Aviation

7:30 am: Registration for Heritage Days Color Run at the Swimming Beach Shelter. $20 Registration fee.

8:30 am: Color Run begins

9:00 am - 3:00 pm: Craft Fair by Blok’s Barber Shop

9:00 am  - 1:00 pm: MCHS Aux Bake Sale and Thrift Sale at Minnewaska Lutheran Home Commons. Serving Taco in a Bag and BBQ’s - Quilt Raffle Drawing at 1:00 pm

10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Inflatables for Kids at the Depot

10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Prairie Woods Rock Climbing Wall at the Depot

10:00 am: Kids Pedal Pull Competition at the Depot sponsored by Eagle Bank.

10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Clueless the Clown Balloon Twisting & Friendship Bracelets at the Depot sponsored by the Starbuck Fire Dept Auxiliary

10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Jeanne Mix Temporary Tattoos at the Depot sponsored by Minnewaska Liquor

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Kindness Rock coloring at Peddler Dan’s

10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Depot, Caboose, and Museum Open House. Food and Lefse Available.

10:30 am - 1:30 pm: Kiddie Carnival by the Depot. Hosted by Glacial Hills Elementary School.

11:00 am: Shine and Show Car Show on West 5th Street. Hosted by The Tavern & Franny. Info at 320-805-0087.

11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Hemker’s Zoo to You at the Depot. Sponsored by Starbuck Telephone Co and Red Horizon.

12:00 pm: 3rd and final clue, Find the Medallion at the Depot

2:30 pm: Miss Minnewaska Visiting Royalty Queen’s Tea at the Starbuck Community Center

5:00 pm: Grande Day Parade - Grand Marshal Mary Baukol
