You Must be 21 to enter the festival grounds. 
All attendees Must have identification with them. 
Yes, this includes designated drivers. 
Any person under 21 will not be permitted to enter the festival. 
Yes, that means babies and children, no matter how cute they are.
However, we do allow well-behaved, leashed dogs (even if they’re under 21). But they’re not allowed to drink.
