Other activities include face painting, and the community is invited to join in with their own canvas paintings and chalk art. All materials are supplied.

The festival provides a unique opportunity for artists to build community through their work and for the public to experience the artists voice and become inspired to explore their own inner creativity.

HCA’s mission is to create large scale public art events that bring people together and promote unity and acceptance.

The festival takes place at Jackie Robinson Park at 148th Street & Bradhurst Avenue in Harlem.
