The Talleyrand Fall Fest will be held on the Annex side (Match Factory side) of Talleyrand Park. This event is held as a fundraiser for the Bellefonte Area Rotary Club. The funds raised are distributed to various community organizations and causes throughout the year, such as the Bellefonte YMCA, Faith Centre, Centre County Library, Bellefonte Youth Center and many more.
