Gumby Finisher Medals are back at the Gumby 5K & 10K in 20254!
The races will feature a beautiful trail course along the shores of Folsom Lake with plenty of aid stations and cheering volunteers on a well marked course.
The Gumby 5K & 10K races will feature a combination of beautiful single track trails on the shoreline of Folsom Lake, along with some smooth groomed trails and a bit of pavement.

8:00 - Start of Gumby 10K
8:05 - Start of the Gumby 5K
