Epic Slime Run and Heron Kids Dash

Join Us For A Day Of Wellness And Family Fun

The race will include a sanctioned 5K run, as well as an epic Slime Run (recommended for children but parents can enjoy it too)! We will also have a "Heron Obstacle Dash" for children under 5 years of age which is free to register. This is a great community event full of family fun.
