The Tidewater Striders 4th Annual All-Comers indoor track meet will be held at the new state-of-the-art indoor track arena at the Virginia Beach Sports Center!
This event is open to all levels and ages! The featured event will be the Strider Indoor Mile with other track and field events included!
Strider Indoor Mile, 800 Meters, 400 Meters, 200 Meters, 50 Meter dash, Long Jump, Shot Put, and Pentathlon( Mile, 400, 200,50m, LJ, SP) Distance Medley Relay
Awards: Strider Indoor Mile - Top 3 Overall Male and Female /Top Masters Male and Female/ Top 3 male and female in 10-year age groups! Strider Mile is a Strider Grand Prix Event! 800, 400, 200,50m, LJ, SP, Pentathlon Top 3 overall Male, and Female only! DMR- Top Male and Female team! All Kids under 12 years of age will get an award for competing in any event!
Final Instructions will be sent out the week of the event with detailed instructions and a timeline of events!
Awards ceremony: will be on the track at the award area after the last event is complete.

8 am- Strider Indoor Mile
9:15am- 400M
9:45am- 200M
10:15am- 800M
10:30- 50M Dash
10:45 am- Distance Medley Relay
