The Ute 100 single-loop course has been finally approved. This new 2025 course showcases the very best of the La Sals! Runners will experience the stunning high desert along the Porcupine singletrack, overlooking Castle Valley and the Moab desert below, and the technical scree above tree-line on Manns Peak, the highest point in any UT race! The race boasts 25,000’+ elevation gain and circumnavigates the La Sals! This is one of the most epic 100 milers in North America!
The Ute 100 is the highest and most scenic race in Utah, taking runners on a breathtaking tour of the La Sal Mountains, Utah’s second highest mountain range. The 100 mile course has an average elevation over 8,700′ and boasts roughly 25,000′ elevation gain.
Runners embark on a challenging 100-mile, 50-mile, or 50k journey beginning just before sunrise at the base of the La Sals, with scenic views of Castle Valley below and epic peaks above.
