This is  a 15k or 30k Run.

This event is a blend of forest & road. 

A portion of registration money benefits the Welsh Mountain Park.

15k/30k Runners must be 21.

Underage must have a  parent or guardian register for them.

The event will take place in Sun, Rain or Snow.   No Prizes or T-shirts
