Take on a 1K open water swim in the Catawba River, a 23K mountain bike leg and a 6.5K trail run through the Whitewater Center’s trail system.

Sprint distance is available with a 400m open water swim in the Catawba River, 12K mountain bike leg, and a 3K trail run.

FULL DISTANCE - 1K SWIM | 23K BIKE | 6.5K RUN

6:00AM: Day-of registration and packet pick-up begins
6:00AM: Transition Zone opens (first come first serve for transition spots)
7:00AM: Day-of registration and packet pick-up ends for Full Distance
7:15AM: Mandatory Pre-Race meeting at Flatwater Dock (long distance)
7:30AM: Full Distance begins (water start)
11:00AM: Awards ceremony
12:00PM: Course closes (athletes may finish the course but official times may not be recorded)
