World heritage, celebrating 10 years!

Join the City of San Antonio World Heritage Office and its partners for the 10th Annual World Heritage Festival 2025! The World Heritage Festival is an annual collaborative event to celebrate and promote the San Antonio Missions, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Schedule of Events

7:00 AM - 2:00 pm: Tour de Las Misiones

Enjoy a leisurely bike ride ranging from 7- to 22 miles with stops at one or all missions and an enjoyable 5K and 10K walk and run through the scenic Mission River Reach and Mission San Jose. Registered Participants are guaranteed to receive a T-shirt, finisher medal, bib, and passport to visit all the missions. The event will feature local artisans, community organizations, food vendors, and music.

The City of San Antonio’s World Heritage Office presents the tour, in partnership with Bexar County, the San Antonio River Authority, America’s Walking Club, South Texas Off Road Mountain Bikers, SATX Social Ride, and IAAPWEB.
