About Us:

Chris' Farm Stand was started by Chris Stasinos in 1970, at the tender age of 9. He caught the corn bug by growing corn naturally on his grandfather's pig farm, filling his wagon, bringing it to the roads edge.

He is a third generation sustainable farmer who's won many ribbons at the Topsfield Fair. The Farm stand has grown over time and is still a family run business with the fourth generation of Stasinos farmers getting ready to take the reigns. This local farm grows a wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, natural honey, poultry, turkey, and eggs.

We use naturally, sustainable agriculture methods to grow our famous sweet corn, awesome tomatoes and beautiful pumpkins. We also grow a wide variety of healthy fresh vegetables that are picked daily. There are 2 farm stand locations and we can also be found at 2 local farmers markets. Please support your local farmers by visiting us at Haverhill's Downtown Farmers Market on Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

The farm has expanded it's local hay crop to include both round and square bales of first and second crops. Hay can be picked up or delivered directly to your barn. We're also working in cooperation with other local farmers to incorporate a Bee Keeper for local harvested honey, as well as fresh whole grains!

At our annual October Pumpkin Festival, we take great pride in educating children and their families on the importance of growing food locally using sustainable agriculture practices.

Farm tours are available by appointment. We have done several tours for local area schools as well as the Boyscouts, Girlscouts, Garden Club and Daisies. We also host weddings and birthdays. Please contact us for more information and for scheduling your tour, wedding, or birthday. We grow our crops and hold our annual Pumpkin Festival at 200 year old Silsby Farm.
