The park district provides two sites for skateboarders to safely enjoy their sport.

The Skate Park at Commissioners Park, Exchange Ave & Memorial Dr in Calumet City, is the region’s finest skating facilities, featuring a 4’ concrete bowl, as well as a flat area and ramps.

Portable skateboard ramps are located at Burnham Park, 138th St & Greenbay Ave in Burnham.

There is no fee is use either skateboarding site.
