Cromwell Valley Park encompasses 400 plus acres of stream valley and upland habitat just minutes from downtown Towson. The park offers a variety of educational, interpretive and recreational experiences related to agriculture, nature and conservation, and the cultural history of Cromwell Valley, with the Willow Grove Nature Education Center, a remodeled historic farm house, as the focal point.
Cromwell has over five miles of hiking trails through fields and forest, along streams and ridges, and a very active Hawk Watch site during the migration season. Our native plant garden, live animal exhibits and honey bee hives are the focal point for a variety of programs related to conservation, native plants, gardening, wildlife, pollinators, butterflies, birds, etc.
