This large regional park is named after Paul Dreher, the City’s first Parks Director. Dreher Park is located just east of I-95 and stretches from Southern Boulevard south to Forest Hill Boulevard.
Dreher Park is also the home of the Palm Beach Zoo and the South Florida Science Museum. Park amenities include a Heart Par-course, fishing dock, playgrounds, barbecue grills, sand volleyball courts, open play fields and 10 picnic pavilions of various sizes.
Dreher Park North – entrance off Southern Boulevard – is home to the Palm Beach Zoo and South Florida Science Museum. Also located in Dreher Park North are lakes, fishing piers, playground, walking trails, green space, and various sizes of pavilions (available for rental – call Recreation Office at 804-4900).
Dreher Park South – entrance off Summit Boulevard – has lakes, fishing piers, playground, open play field and pavilions of various sizes (available for rental – call Recreation Office at 804-4900).
