Beyond organic are the practices we use on Liberty View Farm. Very sustainable practices, the farm even uses a 100% electric vehicle! We also firmly believe in paying living wages so everyone that works with us is paid $25-$65 per hour. Apple picking, farm weddings, farmers markets and farm stands keep the Hudson Valley alive and thriving. These cottage industries are very powerful and very green. All for one and one for all!

And remember to 'Eat Healthy and be Happy!!
