The trails near Munson Creek Falls are a true hiker’s delight. Surrounded by western red cedar and Sitka spruce trees, the Munson Creek State Natural Site has two trails that lead to impressive views of Oregon’s largest waterfall, Munson Creek Falls. The relatively straightforward trail at the base of the falls is around ¼ mile and showcases the 266-foot waterfall, cascading over multiple rocky tiers. The more challenging upper trail provides a slightly better view and is around 3/8 of a mile, complete with wooden walkways and a viewing platform. Munson Creek Falls is located 7 miles south of Tillamook and is accessible year round.
