Spring Lake Park is a 240 acre park that includes a 50 acre lake lined with campsites. There are 126 electrical campsites and two shower houses that make this park a home for many campers every weekend of the summer.  The lake shoreline is nearly level with the waterline, making it a favorite of campers, fisherman, picnicers and other park users wanting to be near the water.  A concessionaire provides rolling skating, boat rental, and a beach concession stand creating many activities for family oriented camping.  120 acres are wooded, making it home to deer, wild turkeys, small mammals, and a variety of birds.  This wooded area plus the waterfowl using the lake makes it a very popular location to view wildlife.  There are 2.2 miles of asphalt roads ideal for biking, rollerblading, jogging and walking.  The wooded area also has several hiking trails.
