The WEST BLOOMFIELD FARMERS MARKET is a farmers' market held on the front lawn of the West Bloomfield Congregational Church (WBCC) from the second Friday in June through October, weather permitting. In addition to being a community meeting place, the market provides fresh, affordable, local produce while supporting local farmers. Sprinkle in a few local businesses and artisans and you have a community event that is not to be missed.
Besides being conveniently located at the corner of Rte. 5 & 20 and Rte 65 for local consumers, we also hope to provide a great place for those folks on their way to the lake every weekend. In addition to the fresh local food, you will find local musicians and artisans helping to create a vibrant atmosphere. We have plenty of parking too!
With a focus on local producers, the market is managed independently by the Monroe Village Task Force and volunteers from the Blessed Sacrament Church. All products sold at the Monroe Village Farmers Market must be produced within a 100 mile radius of Rochester.
The market is run entirely by volunteers, so please contact them if you are interested in getting involved.
