Located in the scenic Smoky Mountains, Wildwater Nantahala has perfect amenities not only for families but also for larger groups.

We started rafting on the Nantahala River in 1988 in response to Guest demand and rapid growth of rafting in the Southeast.  We expanded to offer lodging at Falling Waters across the street in 1998 by building a group lodge and "glamping" in luxury yurts.  Jeep Tours were added in 2005 and ziplines soon after in 2008.  In 2012 we added two additional zip sections and two sky-bridges to our zipline canopy tour across the street where you can experience breath-taking views of Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Fontana Lake.
